Your InControl subscription is included with the purchase of your new vehicle. After the initial 3-year subscription period has concluded, renewals can be purchased to maintain your existing InControl benefits.

When purchasing your vehicle, you will have a subscription available to one or more of the below packs. Please note, due to these products being factory-fitted, it is not possible to change your pack(s) once they are built into your vehicle.

INCONTROL CONNECTED NAVIGATION

Continue to benefit from Navigation Pro’s intuitive mapping capabilities, including instant traffic alerts, ETA and 2D or 3D crystal clear map graphics.

If you are selling your vehicle, or simply want to terminate your InControl services, you can easily cancel your subscription from My Jaguar InControl website.

STEP 1: REMOVE A VEHICLE
From My Jaguar InControl website, click on “Vehicle Settings” on the vehicle dashboard page and on “Remove Vehicle”.

STEP 2: DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT
If you have multiple vehicles, select the vehicle you are removing. If you have no other vehicle linked and/or no longer wish to keep your account, click on “My Account” tab, select “Remove Account” and the “Remove Account” button.
InControl features, options and their availability remain market dependent - check with your Retailer for local market availability and full terms. Certain features require an appropriate sim with a suitable data contract which will require further subscription after the initial term advised by your Retailer. Mobile connectivity cannot be guaranteed in all locations.
