As a result of the coronavirus outbreak we understand you have have queries regarding your vehicle financing. We've collated a number Q&As along with common queries to help provide clarity during these unsettling times.

CONTACTING JAGUAR FINANCIAL SERVICES

As the impact of coronavirus is felt across the UK, you may have concerns about how it could affect you. Your peace of mind is our top priority so we’ve put in place some additional support to help. If your income has been affected by the disruption from the coronavirus, we have a range of options to help you, which include payment deferrals on finance agreements, with additional support provided when you need it.

In light of the latest government announcement, we are working hard to prioritise essential services to ensure that we can meet the needs of the customer’s most severely impacted by COVID19. Our key priorities are to keep essential workers mobile and to support customers in need of a payment deferral where their payment is due within 7 days.

If your call is not of this nature we would appreciate you waiting to call our Operations team and we will share more details of how we can best support your queries over the next 48 hours.

Please note that if you are concerned about making your next payment, in most cases you should be able to change your payment date online at https://myfinance.jaguar.co.uk. You will need your agreement number, postcode and date of birth to log in. If you are unable to change your payment date online, you can contact Jaguar Financial Services on 0344 824 4712 but please only call this number if your payment is due in the next 7 days so that we can prioritise supporting those that need the most urgent assistance.
