THE CHAMPIONSHIP

2016/2017 SEASON

Founded in 2014, the FIA Formula E Championship is fast becoming the most exciting series in the motorsports calendar. With wheel-to-wheel action at blistering speeds, played out on weaving street circuits, Formula E is a unique and thrillingly interactive experience for all.

UPCOMING EVENTS

The Puerto Madero street-circuit snakes around the scenic Parque Micaela Bastidas and Laguna de los Coipos. A driver favourite, the Buenos Aires circuit is the only track to feature in all three Formula E seasons.

MEXICO CITY, 01.04.17

At an altitude of 2,500m, the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez is the highest circuit of the series. Configured into a new layout in 2016, the 2.1km track is Formula E’s first permanent road course.

MONACO, 13.05.17

Mapped out across a 1.76km configuration of the world-famous F1 street-circuit, the Monaco ePrix charts a course through some of the most iconic and glamorous landmarks of international motor racing.

PARIS, 20.05.17

Building a pop-up race track within earshot of the tomb of Napoleon was one of the most brazen acts of Season 2 – and one of the most memorable. The clock-wise circuit around Les Invalides is not to be missed.

BERLIN, 10.06.17

Under the watchful gaze of the iconic Fernsehturm TV Tower, the 2km course round Berlin’s Mitte district takes in some of the German capital’s most striking sites, along with 11 turns and four full-throttle straits.

BRUSSELS, 01.07.17

Spa is known for its demanding F1 circuit, but taking on the age-old streets of Brussels at 140mph (225km/h) is sure to present its own unique challenges. Watch this space for circuit details.

NEW YORK, 15.07.17

Brooklyn’s Red Hook district will play host to no less than two Formula E Season 3 races. The harbour circuit, overlooked by the Statue of Liberty and the skyscrapers of Lower Manhattan, is definitely one of the most stunning of the series.
